Refund Policy

Metabolic testing services are non-refundable. Due to the time, equipment use, and individualized data analysis involved, no refunds will be issued once metabolic testing has been completed.

 

Coaching and training services are eligible for a refund if you are unhappy with the working relationship. We believe coaching should be a good fit for both parties. If you feel the relationship is not meeting your expectations, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

 

Refunds for coaching or training services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on services already delivered.
