Hi, I’m Adam, the founder and head coach of Evolution Endurance. I started this coaching practice because I know how frustrating it is to train hard but not see the results you expect. Social media workouts and generic plans can only get you so far. I wanted to create something better: training that’s streamlined, personalized, and proven to work.

For me, nothing compares to the sense of joy and accomplishment running provides — that runner’s high is unbeatable. My mission is to share that with others, helping every client experience the pride and confidence that comes from pushing past their limits.

Meet Adam

I’m a certified personal trainer (canfitpro) with a background shaped by discipline, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement. My passion for fitness began in the Canadian Armed Forces, where I was pushed to my physical and mental limits and discovered what the human body is truly capable of. Since then, I took on challenges from Spartan obstacle course races and trail runs to completing my first half marathon, after that I had the "bug"- always chasing the next test of endurance and strength. My approach to coaching is multi-pronged, blending resistance training, endurance conditioning, mobility, nutrition, and recovery to help clients develop balance and become well-rounded athletes. Beyond coaching, I find inspiration in outdoor adventures — often running the trails of Grey County with my wife and our two Siberian Huskies, Dozer and Nova. Committed to continuous learning, I stay on top of the latest science so I can provide the most effective and personalized coaching for every client I work with.
