Weight Management & Metabolic Health

Includes:

Testing options vary from 30 mins RMR with body composition, 60 mins AMR (VO2 Max), 90 mins combo test. Learn more about each assessment here.

In-person training

Includes:

Free consultation, tailored programming, one-to-one training with Adam providing guidance and insight for optimal results. Plan delivered via Everfit app for easy workout guidance and accountability. Package options available - commit to your training and save!

Best for:

1:1 strength sessions at your home gym or current training space.

Athletes looking to add structured conditioning to their training regime,  runners adding strength/rebuilding after time off, or ayone looking to improve overall health and fitness. 

Cost:

$100/hr

Online Training

Includes:

Self-paced virtual plan or live Zoom sessions, technique feedback, plan optimization. Plan delivered via Everfit app for easy workout guidance and accountability!

Best for:

Form checks, programming tweaks, or accountability—from anywhere.

Remote athletes or busy schedules. 

Cost:

$100/month  +$75 per extra session

Custom Program

Includes:

Personalized plan via TrainingPeaks or PDF, 2-month minimum for measurable results, save 15% with 4+ months prepaid.

Best for:

Train independently with a pro-built plan

Athletes looking for structure and progression with the aim to improve key areas of strength & conditioning, or reach specific targets before an event.

Cost:

Pricing based on program timeline  & structure - this will be determined in your consultation and goal setting session.

TRAIN

Strength is the foundation of endurance: build resilience, speed, and injury resistance.

Stride (Bronze)

Includes:

1 personalised training plan (monthly), monthly check-ins, email support (24-48h response), race day guidance. Program provided in pdf. $25 off a VO2 test, one-time with 3+ month plans.

Best for:

Start your running journey with a structured plan designed to build consistency, confidence, and healthy habits. Stride sets the foundation for long-term running success.

For beginners who need clarity, structure and confidence to start strong.

Cost:

Base: $99/month

Strength add-on: + $50/month

Elevate (Silver)

Take your running to the next level with performance-focused coaching. Elevate provides weekly plan adjustments, regular feedback, and strength integration to help you reach measurable goals.

Includes:

Monthly personalised plans with bi-weekly coach review calls (15–30 min), injury prevention tips, race day guidance, fueling and hydration strategy. Run program provided through Training Peaks, strength program through Everfit (if applicable). $25 off up to two VO2 tests with 6+ month plans.

Best for:

For experienced runners ready to break through plateaus with data-driven coaching and tailored strategies.

Cost:

Base: $199/month

Premium strength add-on: + $50/month

Apex (Gold)

Includes:

Monthly personalized plans with high-touch daily/near-daily adjustments, unlimited messaging, weekly 1:1 coaching calls (15-30 min), in-depth race plan and pacing strategy, and priority scheduling. Two VO₂ Max tests included with 6+month plans.  Run program provided through Training Peaks, strength program through Everfit (if applicable).

Best for:

Maximize your potential with high-touch, full-support coaching. Apex combines near-daily adjustments, VO₂ Max testing, race-day planning, and unlimited access to your coach for peak performance.

For serious athletes pursuing peak performance, including VO2 Max testing, advanced planning and full-time support.

Cost:

Base: $349/month

6 month bundle: $2,594

Strength add-on + $50/month

Custom Program

Custom run & strength program design: train independently with a pro-built plan. Programs available are Half Marathon, Marathon, or Metabolic Flexibility.
